Are You Living in the Past, Present or Future? – Here’s How to Tell

I have a fun little tip for you today that is as simple as it is effective. It’s a way to
quickly shift the gears of you brain into a more positive place and let go of worry
so you can move on to a better mindset.

Depression, Anxiety and Happiness – these are the 3 most prominent emotions
that drive our days and nights. Wouldn’t it be great if you could always feel the
later and wipe away the former?

Well, after this you’ll be a little closer to that goal.

Listen Up…


If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are happy you are living in the present.


Consider the above a mind map to changing your perspective. Work on living in
the present and feeling gratitude for the good. It’ll feel challenging at times but
in the end, this cognitive mental exercise will pay out exponentially.
