Sometimes buying something new gives me a nice confidence boost. Money can’t buy happiness, but it can certainly make you feel hot in a dress. lol

Words of encouragement certainly do helps but it need a strong inner motivation or determination to help ourselves to become positive. Always tell ourselves that we are not a failure. Even if we fail, we are always be able to stand up again! :)

Something that helps me is by making a mental list right before I go to bed of all the things I am thankful for or happy about that day. It could be the most seemingly insignificant thing from having a nice lunch with a friend to finding that lost pair of favorite socks! It at least makes me smile as I drift off to sleep.

Thanks alot. Yes staying close to positive persons greatly helps with your confidence. I am not good with compliments because even though when I refuse to take a compliment it may seem as if youre i’m being humble and modest, but it can be saying that I dont deserve it. It is good to be confident but as it is said to much of anything can be bad for you. There are some persons that I met that are so full of themselves sometimes it can be a drag. When you are with them its like all they talk about is themselves. So anyway thanks for the tips.

6th tip. List Your Past Success. Helps me a lot. It’s one of the thing that I do whenever I feel down. Really makes you feel good about yourself.
